About the Business Unit:

Consumer Commercial division within the Consumer Business Unit is a critical part of the company's first line customer facing activities for all consumer product offerings. The Consumer product development team supports achievement of revenue, profitability, acquisition, retention, product, services & devices target for the Consumer products & services through managing the entire product development process from ideation to launch for all roadmap initiatives for the Consumer BU product portfolio. - including Voice, Messaging and Data services, international calling, roaming services, Subscription Services, Mobile Internet and Mobile Broadband, Fixed Broadband, TV, MFS etc.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing product development for products that are part of the Consumer Product Portfolio Ooredoo. The role will also be responsible for leading and driving all projects, new developments and configuration management activities as per Consumer Product development roadmap.

About You:

- You should have at least 10 years of work experience in of which 5 should be within a comparable telecom company in a managerial role where developing products and services has played a significant role
- Must have knowledge of technology platforms
- Must have experience of product development and management life cycles
- Extremely strong analytical skills
- Numerate and analytical, able to tackle complex issues quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with experience at presenting at all levels
- Conflict management skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic (desirable)
- Creativity and innovation
- Should be skillful and able to demonstrate strong Product Management, Product Development, Product development design, Business Analysis, Requirement gathering skill through relevant work experience.
- Be familiar and use at expert level Project Management, Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Design Thinking etc methodologies.
- Experience in managing Agile teams, experience of agile and digital transformation from conventional way of work is desired.
- Expertise in change management planning, contingency planning and risk analysis. Ensuring timely communication of product updates within the organization through conventional and digital channels.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum requirement is a Bachelor Degree in Marketing or similar
