MEP Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

Client is a well-known contracting, mechanical and electrical service provider for the construction industry and has been based in Qatar for over 20 years.

Due to development within the company they are looking to recruit a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to work on a variety of projects.

Requirements

At this stage the clients will only consider candidates who are based in Qatar with NOC.

We are looking for candidates that have at least five year’s experience in cost management and quantity surveying in MEP projects. You should be hold a degree in either a construction or engineering related qualification.

Responsibilities of the role include forecasting of final costs and sales, carrying out valuations of works in progress, prepare and monitoring cash flow forecasts and submit and negotiate contract variations.
