Job description / Role
Objective: To repair the Blackberry, IPhone and other model handsets.
Main responsibilities : Main Responsibility
Service mobile phones up to level 2.
Software upgrade to mobile under repair.
Take care and precaution to prevent damage/electronic malfunction loss of unit under repair.
Secondary Responsibility
Update weekly and monthly reports
Updating self on new products and technology
Reporting to : IT Director
Other interactions : With Customer care and Logistics
Number required : 4
Duration : Permanent
Desired start date : Immediate
Working hours : 8 hours a day, with rotating shifts
Gross monthly base salary : QR 4000 and above, based on the candidate\'s experience and expertise.
Other Benefits : Vacation once a year and ticket to home country once every 2 years
Requirements
University qualifications : Preferred - Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications
Previous experience : Minimum 2 years in Mobile Repair
Specialist knowledge : Nokia or any other certification preferred
