Job description / Role
The Civil Engineer (Customer Services) is responsible to manage Framework Contractors’ operations in relation to Permits (Tankering, Permit-to-Work, Dewatering) and Technical (Grease Trap and TSE/SGW Connections) operations in Emergency & Customer Service (E&CS) Section to ensure Public Works Authority’s (PWA) customers receive a quality service within DNO&M Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Holder of Membership in relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering) would be an advantage
• Holder of current/valid Qatar Driving License
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of cumulative experience in a relevant field
• Experience of working in an Asset Management environment and ability to support strategic changes
• Knowledge of Maximo EAMS or equivalent system with regard to operation, system administration and training Knowledge of asset management standards and best practice (e.g. PAS55, 1SO55000), and closely associated systems to Maximo EAMS (e.g. GIS, CRMS, ERP) is desirable
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and usage of different investigative tools to resolve customer complaints issues. Competent to advanced level in Microsoft Office packages {Excel essential) including ability to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within the organization
