Employment: Full Time

The Off-wing Maintenance Coordinator demonstrates leadership in achieving business goals, programs and Customized Service Agreement operational success. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact at the Customer to coordinate all activities related with off-wing maintenance in order to maintain Customer Fleet Stability and on-time availability of Ready For Installation spare engines

· Responsible for daily coordination of fulfillment issues related to Customer Service Agreements, Time and Material, Component Repair and Accessory shops
· Responsible for resolution of issues related to hangar shop processes
· Represent COMPANY Services Organization at the Customer Engine Facility, protecting contractual requirements and providing quick issue resolution
· Responsible for maintaining appropriate Gate -1 (removal to shipment) and Gate 3+ (receive to RFI) Turn Around Time in accordance with defined business goal
· Ensure coordination of on-site COMPANY On-Wing Support activities, removing roadblocks by connecting with FSE, CPM, spares CAM, COMPANY Engine Shop and Engineering
· Ensure daily Operations reporting to CPM.
· Perform detailed analysis of assigned programs and components
· Incorporate business objectives into detailed plans, authorizations, requests, and specifically assigned functional business areas
· Monitor process efficiency and promote continuous improvement to achieve assigned business metric Company

Requirements

· Knowledge Company of Aircraft Engine Maintenance processes particularly in a line/base maintenance environment
· Knowledge Company of the Aviation regulatory and quality environment
· Customer Support mindset, ability to perform under high stress and high Customer expectations
· Strong problem solving abilities
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· PC proficiency
· Sound business acumen
· Able to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
