Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Aid in reduction of costs within the office, through monitoring the pantry supplies, and looking for supermarkets to buy the supplies in a cheaper price
• Deposit cheques and cash to banks, as well as for other payments that may be required
• Attending visitors, promptly providing water, tea, beverages and other needs
• Answering phone calls when the receptionist is on lunch break, taking and properly relaying messages from the caller to the concern person
• Greeting persons entering organization and directing individuals to correct destination
• Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees
• Opening and Closing the office, making sure that all unnecessary electronics are unplugged and all doors are properly locked before leaving
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the office furnitures, making sure that the conference rooms are cleaned before and after every meeting
• Maintaining the sanitation of office kitchen, making sure that all the equipments are clean and ready to use.
• Ensuring the kitchen is properly stocked; preparing a list of needed supplies weekly and making sure all supplies are bought and available on the start of the week
• Filing documents as per the department requirement
• To deliver and pick-up mail, messages, documents, packages and other items to and from any location that may be required
• Making sure that the stock room is organized, the printer has papers and cartridges have ink
• Photocopying and binding documents as per requests
• Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office
• Deliverance of confidential documents to other divisions as well as internally to other locations

Requirements

Education Qualifications: High School Diploma

Nature and length of previous experience: 1-2 year’s experience in a similar role
