Operations Manager - Doha, Qatar - Facilities Management Service Provider
With the lead up to the 2022 football World Cup there is no slowing down in the Qatar market and it presents itself as a fantastic opportunity for people wanting to lend their skills and experience to some new and exciting state of the art projects and developments.
Our client is a leading Facilities Management company. They have a global work force of over 100,000 people and multiple contracts in the region. They are currently seeking an Operation and Maintenance Manager to join their Doha based Qatar team. The successful candidate will oversee multiple hard, soft and TFM contracts across different types of facilities including: Residential, commercial and retail. Duties will also include the operational day to day management and of a large team of both white and blue collar workers delivering the services. The successful candidate should have a strong operations background, understand contracts including KPIs and SLAS and should be commercially astute. In addition they should have excellent customer relations experience and have a proven track record in developing client relationships.

Requirements
• Facilities Management or Maintenance management experience
• Mechanical or electrical qualification
• Maintenance planning experience
• Have managed a blue collar workforce
• Excellent communication skills
• Some project work - desirable
• Ability to work under pressure
