Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Coordinate and Manage the hard and soft services team which also includes a grounds team to ensure service delivery to the client is of the highest possible standard.
• Manage and Analyse Subcontractors and System Activities.
• Deploy the team accordingly, in the most effective way, to ensure that day-to-day problems as well as planned works are managed effectively.
• Research, develop, design, and test HVAC / Mechanical / Electrical components, equipment and systems; applying principles and techniques of HVAC / Mechanical and Electrical engineering related with the Project being manage.
• Being responsible of Soft Services (waste management, high access, rope access, etc.)

Requirements

• Any Engineering Diploma
• Facility Management Experience
• Experience on Soft Services and Hard Services
• Excellent understanding of planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem solver
• Excellent leadership skills
