Job description / Role
An exciting job opportunity has arisen with Jaidah Group's subsidiary Heavy Equipment Division for an Operations Coordinator. As an Operations Coordinator you will be overseeing the operations at site as well as handling the operators of the heavy equipment rental division.
Main responsibilities include:
• Develop a suitable system for the transportation of machine Operators to and from the sites
• Ensure the safety of our Machines at sites, call for periodic maintenance when it is due, visit site immediately when there is an emergency, investigate and file a report on the damage occurred and the possible cause of it, finally to coordinate with Service Manager for further action.
• Ensure coordination with Machine Operators to get the daily time sheet signed and the same with Site Supervisor of Client for the purpose of invoicing.
• Undertake a performance evaluation of Machine Operators and monitor them, verify their overtime sheet before submitting to Management.
• Strengthen the relationship between the organization and its clients by recruiting quality staff members, when needed.
• Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
Requirements
In order to be successful in this position you need to have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Heavy Equipment Rental Industry. You should have good communication skills in English and a strong personality with the ability to handle staff and skilled workers. A technical background and ability to read and understand technical terms and products specifications is required.
