Job description / Role
Our client is a leading Beauty Salon in Qatar who is looking to hire an Operations Manager. This is an extremely critical role for the business where you are the face of the company, managing customer satisfaction, dealing with VIP's as well as handling all aspects of the operations.
Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the salon runs smoothly and is meeting company goals and targets. You will over recruitment, organise employee schedules, train staff and ensure the salon is up to ministry standards. You will also be responsible for inventory management, end of day closing, meeting sales targets to improve turnover for the salon and working proactively to enhance the salons profile.
Requirements
The successful candidate should ideally be located in Qatar and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the same role or experience in managing a Beauty Salon. This role will require weekend work. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly environment with pleasant surroundings.
