Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of the largest private owned holding companies in Qatar, who have specialist sectors in their business which includes property, investment, hospitality and education. Part of its business is a leading foodservice distributor in Qatar for which our client is looking to hire an Operations Manager.
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the improvement and growth of the business. You will have your own profit and loss and be expected to manage and achieve the KPIs for sales and distribution to ensure you are meeting customer requirements. You will have regular meetings with the CEO and board where you will discuss strategic plans for the business's continued growth. This position will report directly into the CEO.
Requirements
The successful candidate will need to come from a foodservice background and have over 10 years' experience within a management position. Ideally candidates should be based in Qatar however candidates outside of Qatar will also be considered.
