Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Patient Kiosk and Queuing is part of a brand new team to build a suite of cross-platform applications for use by both patients and hospital staff. The role involves the design, development, maintenance and support of Patient Kiosk and Patient Queuing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Develops desktop and mobile applications in relation to Patient Kiosk and Queuing solutions using available development toolsets and vendor supplied SDKs.
• Configures and supports interfaces to peripherals attached to the Patient Kiosk.
• Gathers and documents key functional and non-functional requirements from all stakeholders.
• Configures Patient Kiosk and Patient Queuing solutions against the ongoing business requirements given by key stakeholders and management.
• Supports Patient Kiosk and Patient Queuing solutions and develops training and support materials necessary to deliver training and support.
• Assists in the presentation of designs and product demonstrations of solutions under development to key stakeholders and management.
• Ensures required materials for test scripting, test data and test execution are completed.
• Ensures required project documentation is complete.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 2+ years’ demonstrated experience with Patient Kiosk solutions.
• 2+ years’ demonstrated experience with Queuing solutions and Customer Flow Management typical to a hospital environment.
• 3+ years’ experience in the development of Android and/or iOS applications.
• 2+ years’ experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and maintaining product requirements from technical and business representatives.
• 2+ years’ experience in development of .Net in the development of desktop applications in relation to Kiosk solutions
• 2+ years working within Cerner in Patient Access and or Registration.
