As Personal Assistant to the GM you will be stationed in our head office - and your main task will be to assist the General Manager of one of our companies with everything to make his life easier. This will include, but not be limited to, providing top-level administrative assistance such as; research, making presentations, analyzing data, writing emails, organizing and filing. You will also organize the GM\'s schedule, book meetings, make travel arrangements, etc. You will also care for top-level guest, and arrange for their travels, visas, accommodation etc. You will communicate the GM\'s wishes in his absence, and attend meetings and supervise day-to-day operations as per his requests and instructions. In this job role, you will be the General Manager\'s right hand. There is ample room for growth in the organization for the right person.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred, excellent written and spoken English. Excellent organizational skills, excellent problem-solving skills, conscientious, excellent time management skills. Outstanding MS Office skills, expertise in ERP systems advantage.

You need to be discreet and have a strong sense of confidentiality, experience as Executive/Personal Assistant is an advantage. You need to be calm and well-organized and have the ability to flesh out ideas to action plans. Experience of acting as Management Representative or similar for ISO 9001:2015 is an advantage.
