Overview
Provide proficient and effective administrative support to ensure the successful execution of the projects to close out.

Specific Responsibilities
Functionally he responds to the Commercial Manager and shall:
• Assist in reviewing and evaluating contractors programmes
• Review and comparison of planned vs. actual contractor programme including reporting on cause and effect of programme deviations
• Provide guidance and assistance of programme adjustments on variations and claims
• Provide support to the Contract / Change Management process
• Analyses of Project Records
• Analysis of Primavera P6 Contractor Programmes

Requirements

Education/Degree BSc in a relevant construction engineering field.
Years of experience: 10 years post graduate with 5 years in similar project
Work experience gained in the GCC region will be ideal.
This role places specific needs on the Forensic element of planning. You must have substantial expertise in this area.
