Job description / Role
Candidates need to previously have a minimum of 3 years experience in Stadium or Complex buildings.
An International Project management Consultancy has just been awarded a Major New Stadium Project in Qatar and is currently recruiting an experienced Planning Manager who will take charge of all planning related functions.
- Be responsible for all aspects of the planning, resourcing, that includes cost loading the schedule, tracking KPIs and performance reporting.
- Possess excellent communication skills providing clear and concise data to the Project Managers; Team Leaders and Delivery Team
- Have the ability to challenge the delivery managers on key programme milestones, progress, costs and resource profiles
Package: 55K QAR Per month + flights + medical
Equivalent: $180,000 Per year TAX FREE
Requirements
- Must hold a Civil or Construction Related Degree from an accredited University /College
- Must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 15 years direct exposure to project planning & project control
- 5 years continuous experience in using Primavera P6 on Mega projects
