Job description / Role
You will be managing diesel department, purchase, rental section and logistics team
Operation:
* You will receive instruction from the Plant Manager and manage a team of 200 persons and make sure that safety is ensured all the time.
* You will coordinate with others departments and customers to ensure our 150 equipment fleet
* You should ensures there is no diesel shortage and proper diesel supply thorough all the site.
* You should get the equipment rental and purchase on site on time according to site needs.
* You will be dispatching daily all equipment's according to site requests.
* You will be responsible to set leave operators planning to ensure equipment fleet is available anytime.
Reporting:
* You will be reporting to the Plant manager
* You will be autonomous and proactive on all subjects
* You record all time sheets
* You will be preparing all back charge documents to invoice each team according to their requests
* Prepare all rental suppliers internal assessment Vs invoice
* You need to issue monthly ratio of equipment use and diesel consumption per hour or km
Requirements
* You should hold an Engineering degree.
* You should have work experience with different nationalities/foreign companies, on big projects.
* You should have experience in Plant Department.
* Perfect knowledge of usual Office software (Word, Excel, Publisher, Access.).
* You should be Excel proficient, able to set professional database.
* You should be fluent in English (read/written/spoken).
