Job description / Role
This is a highly visible leadership role focused on running both the PMO function and the Service Delivery team.
It will involve a mixture of team management, PMO leadership, process and structure improvement and high level account management.

* Manage Customer Expectations

* Assign project manager for the delivery of Business Solutions and Platform Solutions Services projects
* Review and report services portfolio status with services managers
* Increase resiliency to market demands
* Improve quality of service for IT consumers
* Define, manage and align with branch vision the bid management functions
* Process and bid management support offerings.
* Solution Quality Assurance
* Define, manage and align with branch vision the following PMO functions:
* Project Management Methodology
* Project lifecycle
* Unified processes and templates
* Estimation models
* Project Governance
* Enforce policies and processes
* Aligning PMO processes with Quality processes
* Project Management Tools
* Implement Enterprise Project Management System
* Consistent Project repositories for GBM assets
* Select and evaluate other project related tools
* Resource Management
* Assigning and releasing project resources
* Manage resource performance
* Planning support
* Scope review and scope planning
* Time and risk planning support
* Training and Education
* Evaluate and plan resource training and education
* Standards and Metrics
* Determine metrics and KPI requirements
* Introduce, use and manage metrics

Requirements
Qualifications & Education Requirements
* MUST HAVE 10+ years of experience in PMO / Project Management capacity
* MUST HAV experience working for an IT Services or IT Systems Integrator
* PMP, PgMP / PfMP and Agile certifications
* Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer science
