Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Currently we're looking for an experienced Power Generation Business Leader to come and join our Distribution Business Unit in Qatar.

This person will be responsible for all sales, projects and application activities and results for a specific line of business in a given territory or region. Develops sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build a safe and right work environment.
• Manages the application engineers dept. to deliver excellency in support and services.
• Manages the project team to deliver excellency in support and services.
• Establish application engineer’s initiatives and provide co-management and training to AE manager / engineers.
• Establish project engineer’s initiatives and provide co-management and training to project manager / engineers.
• Cross function support with the relevant department such as, legal, finance, supply chain and aftermarket to achieve organizational target.
• Develop entire department managerial leadership skills.
• Support the finance dept. to achieve organization AR target.
• Work with the SC to create and maintain the right PG inventory

Requirements

• University or college degree in the field of Sales or Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate a plus. Sales Champion certified in at least one market desirable.

• Language - Fluency in English (written and spoken). Arabic Language will be an advantage.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Significant level of relevant work experience required.
• Work experience within Power Generation industry is a must.
• Experience as a sales representative and other sales support function desirable.
• Experience in strategy, management/budget holding, product, technical roles beneficial.
