Job description / Role
We are looking for a Principal Reporting Manager to work on one of our major projects in Qatar.
The main duties of the Principal Reporting Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for uniform reporting in their assigned Program
- Responsible for program data assurance delivered into the PMIS
- Responsible for supporting effective communications across the PMO functions to ensure consistent reporting.
- Responsible for the administration and enforcement of the reporting cycle for the business.
- Responsible for supporting the coordination of all reporting interfaces between projects and the business and translate the business requirements into the reporting framework
- Responsible for ensuring reports are analyzed and presented in such a way that they highlight key management issues and opportunities to execute the program efficiently.
- Responsible for representing PMO reporting at Program/Project level.
- Responsible for participating in the weekly/monthly meetings with management as required
- Responsible for participating in reporting forums with relevant parties as required
- Responsible for providing support to Qatar Rail at external stakeholder forums as required
- Responsible for reporting coordination of all reports from the PMO functions
- Responsible for liaising closely with all the other PMO functions to produce the monthly QRDP report in a timely and consistent manner.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline - ideally Civil Engineering
- 10+ yrs of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Directs and monitors specialist/technical aspects of specific segments of a major project and assists in directing and monitoring progress
- Excellent analytic skills
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
