Procurement Expeditor

Job description / Role

As a procurement expediter he / she must obtain the services and items the company needs to function. This involves finding the best prices for those supplies as well as getting them in a timely manner.

· Follow up delivery of material from supplier.
· Coordinate with accounts department the release of cheque payment.
· Prepare request for payment
· Send LPO via fax and e-mail to supplier
· Prepare log sheet of sent LPO
· Answer inquiries from site with regard to delivery of material.
· Answer inquiries from supplier with regard to payment.
· Coordinate with logistic team with regard to shipment of materials from other country

Requirements

· We are looking for an individual with 2-5 years of experience.
· The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented who has the ability to prioritize and exercise superior organizational skills.
· The individual must be able to multi-task, communicate well with team members, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and maintain organization on projects.
· Talented, organized, self-motivated leader and team player.
· Candidates must have excellent communication skill and should be flexible and adaptable and possess a strong desire to excel and lead in a fast paced, challenging and client- focused environment.
· Must have Qatar Driving License
