Job description / Role
Guildhall is supporting an incredibly well run local contractor on the final 12 months of a FIFA WORLD CUP 2022 construction project.
We are looking for a Project Commercial Manager to manage the following tasks:
- Manage Variation Orders
- Manage Payment Schedules
- Manage Subcontractor payments and correspondents
- Interface with the claims team to assist in claims procedures
This incumbent will be reporting directly to the Project Director on this Supreme Committee project
Requirements
In order to be successful in this role, candidates need to have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
- 10+ years commercial management experience
- At least one supreme committee (FIFA) project as a Commercial Manager
- 7+ years experience in a Contracting company
- Able to start within March 2022
