We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Cost Controller / Project Coordinator to join our growing team at ACCIONA Facility Services in Qatar. Growing your career as a Full-Time Project Cost Controller in a Spanish company is an incredible opportunity!

As Project Cost Controller you will be the link between the business units (projects) and the finance department. You will be expected to monitor the project revenue, costs and scenario’s, draft related reports, communicate with related business units regarding this and manage the relating risks proactively. In addition this role will also have some administrative activities. You are expected to have great coordination, administration, time management skills, as well as eye to details and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for project control of dedicated project(s), cash flow management, cost control, forecasting, pro-actively monitor forecast versus actuals, risk management, reporting and general monitoring progress
• Take care of accurate project accounting and costs, allocation of revenues and costs between projects
• Monitor and actively manage to ensure that projects stay within the approved budgets
• Identify problems and independently proposing ways to improve the project financial results
• Deliver monthly reports and updates of the project financial status
• Be involved in the continuing improvements of project control process and risk management within ACCIONA Facility Services Middle East

• Female candidates
• A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration is preferred but not mandatory
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with controlling projects in a highly paced environment
• PA experience, strong administrative assistant experience will be bonus
• Substantive knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and reporting experience
• An excellent command of English language, both written and verbal
• Advanced Excel hands on experience
• As a person you are analytical, accurate and possess good communication skills
• You show initiative in your work and you enjoy working in teams
• High level of responsibility and accountability for tasks
