Job description / Role
Project Director for a major hospitality new build project commencing in Doha. The role will be to lead this project from inception to completion. Working for a leading international consultant, this is a senior role that will suit a Project Director with previous Middle East experience and hospitality experience that can demonstrate a stable track record of running similar projects from beginning to end.
As Project Director you will be responsible for managing and leading high profile consultancy teams whilst liaising with the commercial departments and various contractors and design consultancies. The successful candidate will come from a international company background and be used to taking a lead role on major projects. They will be client focused with an excellent track record
Requirements
- Degree Qualified in relevant discipline.
- Strong project management experience in the hospitality sector - including hotels.
- Have managed projects as Project director from inception to completion
- Previous experience with a consultancy or project management company.
- Ability to manage stakeholders at a senior level.
- Middle East Experience
- A stable track record is important alongside the possession of excellent design management and communication skills.
