Sinopack Search are retained in the search for a Project Director / Construction Director for a leading consultancy based in Doha, Qatar. This is an amazing opportunity to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy that is rated as an “A” Grade organization in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Quantity Surveying disciplines, which have been providing project management and engineering consultancy services since 2001 for all types of projects.
Their project portfolio comprises road and highway projects, integrated infrastructure projects, building projects, logistics projects and specialized facility projects. Our main clients include governmental entities such as Ashghal, Kahramaa, Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Foundation, Msherieb Properties, and corporate/private sector clients such as Barwa, Gulf Warehousing Company, Lusail City, etc. Our company has a 200+ strong workforce, consisting of qualified and experienced design engineers, supervision engineers, and project managers, and they provide a variety of services including design, supervision of construction, and project management services.
The successful candidate with experience in handling large-scale multiple infrastructure projects at a time, like road, drainage, utilities, etc. The candidate should have more than 20 years of demonstrable overall experience and 10 years in infrastructure projects, should have experience in GCC. Must have BSC, BEng, BA (Engineering) or Equivalent (should be obtained from North America, W. Europe, Australia or equivalent University), with Chartered certification shall be obtained from North America, W. Europe, Australia, or equivalent. Should have hands-on experience to solve the issues at the construction site. Good experience as a Focal Point between the client and Project Managers.
Salary:
QAR
50,000 to 60,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
Education:
