Job description / Role
Must have previous Stadium Project Experience
Package: DOE - Executive Level + Bens
Due to client Visa Restrictions, Only Western Candidates will be considered for this position.
The Project Director has the overall responsibility and accountability for the Design to the Client.
Applicants must have experience of executing Large Multi-purpose Sporting Arena’s or Major Stadium Projects.
A leading Project Management Consultancy has just been awarded a Major Stadium in Qatar and now requires a Project Director to oversea the delivery of this project.
Requirements
They should have a track record of delivering projects from initial design, design management, tendering of contracts, contractor approval, recommendations, management of contractors, and overseeing the execution through to client hand over.
A Degree in Engineering (Civil, construction or structural), with at least 15-18 years experience in project management / construction management and preferably 5-7 with an international company would suit ideally.
