Project Manager FIT OUT / INTERIORS QATAR
CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Established for over 25 years, our client is a Design & Build Contractor and they are the Pioneers of Modern Methods of high quality CAT A/B Commercial fit outs.; They are at the forefront of quality with some of the largest multi-floor fit outs in the Middle East, working for Governments, Blue Chip Multi Nationals and Royal families, our client are the market leaders for the GCC in the Interior Fit Out Arena.
With offices in Qatar, UAE and KSA the company has a diverse project portfolio including multi storey buildings, Mod / Defence, housing, hotels and the healthcare sector.

Job Vacancy: Project Manager
Purpose of the Role
Reporting to a General Manager you will assume full charge and responsibilities for the successful construction delivery of projects within budget and quality guidelines.
All site personnel and sub-contractors will report to you, together with the site management team.

Any other duty commensurate with the position.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications Required
Essential:
Proven track record of site supervision in Commercial Office Fit Out to 20million value
Carpentry Trades background. 10 years' experience
City & Guilds qualification of equivalent
Good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including the Construction
(Design and Management) Regulations
Knowledge and experience of working within strict ISO 9000 policies and procedures
Good understanding of the key trades and accepted standards of workmanship
Full driving licence
Desirable:
Experience with Multi Floor office fit outs.
