Job description / Role
Has a vast knowledge in Design & Execution, experienced in hospital operation, theater, clean room. Excellent knowledge about all technical & installation practices & methods & relevant standards & codes of Mechanical /Electrical trades with an acceptable level of knowledge & experience in Mechanical/Electrical trades & systems components. Has relevant experience in a similar MEP company with at least 15 yrs as MEP Project Manager. Energetic, aggressive with a strong interpersonal, communication, leadership & problem solving & analytical skills & able to work under pressure. Organizational & planning skills with an ability to monitor & control the whole project & lead a team of site & Projects Engineers. for large scale MEP projects.
Requirements
- 15 - 20 years of working experience
- MEP working background, large scale projects
- Degree in Engineering, Mechanical / Electrical
- At least 6 years working in GCC
- Strong personality
- Able to handle team professionally for the success of the project flow
- Excellent and Competent in directions for Electrical/ Mechanical principles and techniques in Construction, installation,support, documentation and testing activities.
- To ensure compliance with specifications, codes and customer requirements
