Job description / Role
Work closely with various inter departments to ensure the smooth flow of the systems and processes which are related to assigned task, as well as administering the department work flow, including exchanging and following up correspondences with external entities.
• Oversee all sales & re-sales agreements
• Follow up all amalgamation & divisions operations of project plots
• Oversee the update of contracts (SPAs), preparation of client letters and other services
• Prepare all corresponding letters for clients and purchasers
• Identify all defaulters and follow-up on their payments
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Protocols
• Implementing of System flow created by the Department team members
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with guidance
Requirements
• Bachelor’s (BSc.) Degree
• 6-8 years of work experience which includes Supervisory level
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages specially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience in managing relationships with government entities and regulatory bodies
• Sound understanding of Master Community Management, Facility Management and Owner’s Association Management Services including operating model and key success factors
