Public Relations Officer (Arabic, Qatari National Required)

Job description / Role

ACCIONA Producciones y Diseño is looking for a assistant in getting the visa / residency permits and help in translating Arabic documents.

Involved from day one in the start-up of the office and branch in Doha, as the main interface with the local authorities and the company structure and further to lead all administrative task until the end of the project assisting Project Management Team in their daily work.

Task & responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Logistic:
- Assist in carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses and registrations.
- Support the line manager for procurement of visas, renewals, medicals, NOC’s, Arabic typing and the administration involved
- Any support provided will be in line with local legislations and company policy.

Translations:
- Translate Arabic- English texts in relation to the contents
- Translate Arabic- English texts in relation to the commercial letters

Requirements

Work experience:
- Experience in GCC labor paper trial and immigration rules.

Professional skills:
- Knowledge on HR policies.
- Very good knowledge of GCC labor and immigration rules.
- Computer literacy
- Coordination for government related transactions.
- Excellent team skills with an ability to communicate and work effectively across variety of internal and external stakeholders.

- You must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English
