Job description / Role
Guildhall is supporting a Facilities Management organisation on a new long term project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a programme which is critical to the future of Qatar.
For this project, we are looking to recruit a Quality/Compliance Manager who can manage the following tasks:
• Ensure that the IFM service being rendered to the client meets the external and internal requirements of the agreed contract including but not limited to the agreed Key Performance Indicators and expectations.
• Provide training, presentation and techniques to achieve quality targets
• Monitor and update the performance of the quality management system (ISO 9001:2008).
• Produce measurable data and reports including performance evaluations against the set standards.
• Ensure that the set quality standards are followed and is functioning properly.
• Devise and establish the projects quality procedures and specification.
• Sets up and maintain control and documentation procedures.
• Prepare site audit reports and follow-ups
Requirements
In order to be considered for this opportunity applicants should have the following qualifications and experience
• Degree educated
• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Quality/Compliance
• Facilities Management experience
• GCC experience ideally in Qatar
