Job description / Role
- Strong understanding of the technical specification, estimation, cost analysis, and B O Q.
- Capable of compiling quantities/ estimates on spreadsheets and have knowledge of site surveys, execution and methods.
- Good project background and proven technical writing ability.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in Civil and Fit-Out projects.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Survey.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Qatar with good knowledge and understanding of local authority regulations, guidelines, and contracts.
- UPDA Certificate is an added advantage.
- Must have experience in Pre & Post Tenders, and Tender Estimation.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
