Job description / Role
• Receiving project documents from the clients.
• Review BOQ, materials types and ensure them with the design drawings and actual site measurements.
• Calculate the materials quantity including expected wastage percentage according to the approved design and monitor fabrication processes to prevent any loose.
• Prepare the project quotation and monitor it during fabrication process.
• Direct technical team during shop drawings process to ensure that the designs and shop drawings are suitable for project estimated cost.
• Follow up with clients during project implementation to finalize the necessary inspections, MIR, etc. and get the installments due on time.
Requirements
• High school / Faculty certificate is preferred
• Previous experience in marble field is a must
• Very good knowledge in Autocad, Microsoft office and adobe Photoshop
• Good communication skills
• Energetic self-driven personality, have good negotiation skills
• Accountability and responsibility
• Experience in construction, design, sales and customer service will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in Gulf Countries will be an advantage.
