Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1-Do sales calls for prospective clients
2-Coordinate appointments for oculars and other showroom activities
3-Be able to present a property well to possible buyers
4-Accompany groups during property visits and inspections
5-Provide the proper information to people who are interested to buy a property and assure them the suitability of the project to their needs
6-Know the guidelines in the determination of clients especially concerning legalities and property titles
7-Be able to know the product knowledge by heart and display the properties and their features to possible clients
8-Know the current market trends and determine the market price by competitors
9-Contact maintenance workers and pest control operators to avoid property damages
10-Promote sales of properties by doing specific marketing actions
11-Facilitate open houses
12-Review property listings and update them based on current clients
13-Arrange meetings between sellers and buyers
14-Assure that all stakeholders know the terms and conditions of your services and the property you are all talking about

Salary:
QAR 12,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

1. The Ideal candidate should be Graduate with adequate experience in the relevant field real estate Leasing.
2. English speaking and knowledge of Arabic and other regional languages is an added advantage.
3. Minimum experience of 4 years in Sales, same field in Qatar will be preferred..
4. Salary & Remuneration terms best in the market according to qualification and experience.
