Job description / Role
• We are looking for a professional receptionist cum membership consultant for our fitness center located in Qatar which is basically focused on the main pillars of athletic training including Strength & Conditioning, Cardiovascular Exercise and Skills.
• You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to prospective members and guests.
Requirements
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Able to work on shift basis
• Basic computer literacy
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
• Experience in administrative work will be an added advantage
