Job Description
What you'll do...
- Check Hotel situation, occupancy, functions, groups, VIPs.
- Builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services.
- Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks. Register and process check in for all the arrivals.
- Handle guest check in and check out procedures efficiently and professionally.
- Update guest profile in Opera after a complete check in
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guest and respond promptly to all requests and inquiries at all time.
Requirements
Qualifications
- University Degree in Hotel Management
- Minimum 1 year in a similar role in a 5 stars Hotel
- Be smart, well groomed,friendly and cheerful whilst exhibiting the highest standards of Rixos hospitality all the times.
- Previous experience of Micros Fidelio Opera.
