Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international organisation who is searching for a Corporate Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their friendly and professional team based in the heart of West Bay, Doha.
Providing a smart and professional face to the organisation, you will be responsible for general administration whilst supporting the Administration Manager to ensure the front of house runs smoothly and professionally. Your duties will include but will not be limited to arranging travel and hotel bookings, diary arrangement and meeting requests as well as conference room management, courier requests and monthly expense reports. You will oversee the driver, cleaners and office boy as well as providing support to other areas of the business as and when required. From the reception desk, you will answer phone calls and act as the point of contact for individuals contacting the business and in addition, you will ensure the office reception is constantly kept clean and tidy.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a front office administration role ideally within the professional or financial services industry. You should have a versatile and adaptable personality, have the ability to priorities and have a pleasant and friendly personality with a professional outlook, and can work as a team player. Our client has expressed a preference for a Western educated candidate who is fluent in English and has experience working in Qatar in the same role. Additional languages would be advantageous.
