Marsa Malaz Kempinski, The Pearl - Doha is located on its own secluded island, just steps away from numerous entertainment and dining options at the glamourous destination of The Pearl, in the capital of Qatar.Showcasing the finest European architecture, blended with traditional Arabian elements, Marsa Malaz Kempinski boasts 281 luxurious rooms - including 69 suites, two Presidential suites and two Royal suites.

Recreation Attendant

Recreation Attendant ensures that all the recreation operations are studied, planned, organized, monitored and carried out in a responsible, safety and fun environment, in order to exceed guest expectations. Specifically, Recreation Attendant is responsible to deliver complimentary service or any demand of guests, maintain pool and the beach area, promote all activities and to create a fun environment, and meet and exceed guest expectation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and conduct weekly activities for adults.
- Prepare the activities for day-out groups.
- Implement new activities for adults.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all recreation areas.
- Purchase items necessary for the outdoor entertainment
- Responsible for inventory of recreation material
- Socialize with guest and their children
- Sells available packages
- Organize play-back shows, fashion shows and similar together with Kids Club
- Provide complimentary services and make sure that they are ready.
- Provide towels to our guest.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year in same role, preferably with a 5* Hotel chain
- Diploma or vocational training in recreation
- English - excellent oral and written skills, additional language - beneficial
- First Aid and CPR proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
