Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international organisation in Doha who are looking to hire a Regional Senior HR Manager to join their team covering 3 regions. Ideally candidates will come from backgrounds in Hospitality, Retail, Leisure or Aviation, as you would have had the exposure and scope within HR to hit the ground running for this role.
Working closely with senior stakeholders this 360 role will see you leading the local HR Managers across multiple business areas. You will develop a solid understanding of all business areas to successfully implement the company strategy across the HR function within your markets, with a focus on strategic employee relations and labour relations including negotiations.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience, having overseen multiple regions across the globe. With generalist HR knowledge, including performance management, organizational design and employee relations. Experience partnering with senior management is essential for this role.
Due to the scope of this role frequent travel will be required.
