AL MANA LUXURY has already opened 18 international Luxury Stores in the Pearl of Qatar. In September 2009, we will now open the first indoor and outdoor Emporio Armani Caffe in Qatar. If you are willing to join our international Team. Please find below our requirements.

Our Restaurant Manager will have to :

• Be the Ambassador of the Emporio Armani Caffe in Doha towards our guests.
• Ensure Brand and Product Knowledge to his teams in communicating and training them.
• Set individual goals and monitor daily sales targets.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and security procedures.
• Monitor and assure Food Safety and International Hygiene Standards.
• Maintain adequate stock levels to the volume of the business.
• Conduct physical inventories.
• Ensure all the Restaurant equipment is correctly used, clean regularly and well maintained.
• Respond and resolve customer complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Document product knowledge test validation.
• Communicate and build close relationships with guests in order to ensure their loyalty to our Restaurant.
• Do the staff scheduling.
• Do interviews for walk in candidates.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings.
• Generate the required reports as needed by the Management of the Company.

Requirements

Our Restaurant Manager will have to :

• Have a good command in English and ideally in Arabic.
• Have exceptional communication skills as we expect from him to become the Ambassador of the Restaurant in Qatar.
• Have an experience in an Italian restaurant or in a Five Star Hotel.
• Have a strong knowledge in Hygiene and its constraints.
