Employment: Full Time

WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff are looking for a Risk / Change Manager for our ongoing programme in Qatar .Risk / Change Manager will be planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management and Change Control process for the programme to:

- Develop and execute the management of risk and change control across the programme.
- Improve, support and implementation of the Risk and change Management Strategies
- Support and guide the identification and capture of Risk and Change, analyse, evaluate and report the efforts across all involved programme entities.
- Produce Risk and Change reports and monitor progress.

Responsibilities
- Review and approve Change and Risk Management Plans and guidelines developed.
- Analyse existing work processes, procedures and systems, identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies and service improvements.
- Recommend ways to identify control or reduce change and risk.
- Gather associated data from internal or external resources.
- Provide training in all aspects of Change and Risk Management to the Programme Management Consultant’s (PMCs) and Public Works Authority (PWA) staff, especially in the use of the: Change Control process/procedure and Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS).
- Contribute to the formal project reporting and ad-hoc reports as required.
- Assist in preparing the relevant section of the Program Monthly Reports.
- Provide effective leadership and advice on Change and Risk Management to PMC\'s, PWA and the General Engineering Consultants (GECs).
- Oversee and manage the Quantified Risk Assessments of Cost and Programme.
- Conduct audits of police and compliance to standards

Requirements

- Bachelors’ degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or a related field
- Relevant recognised proven experience/exam based professional chartered qualification/Membership
- Minimum 10 years of working experience on a variety of large complex construction projects with 5 years in civil infrastructure delivery with respect to reporting and managing programme wide risk and change.
- A strong proven record in managing and mitigating risk.
- Delivery experience and understanding of complex change management.
- Proven competency in client relationship management, and Contractor management
