Job description / Role
* Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships (from commercial to administrative functions) to understand
customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product offering and aligning to provide a solution.
* Ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals through effective product / solution presentations
and negotiations.
* Contributing to the development of new market opportunities and supporting other sales professionals.
* Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting collection.
* Preparing offers in coordination with the sales and Marketing Manager. Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects
of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
* Supporting the relevant manager or specialist on customer risk analyses. Formulating a winning strategy for each opportunity
based on available and acquired market info.
* Taking the ownership of promoting existing and newly launched products and services in Qatar.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Marketing, Business Administration back ground is an added advantage.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales and construction chemicals industry with proven sales record.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Should have good knowledge of the project sales cycle.
* Must possess good knowledge of Qatar project market in various segments.
* Fluent in oral and written communication of the English/ Arabic Language
* Computer proficiency in MS Office applications, Knowledge of ERP and CRM is an added advantage.
* Should have Qatar driving license.
