Employment: Full Time

QB Engineering offers specialist ELV services in: Guest Room Management System, Home Automation, Structured Cabling, Access Control System, Security System, IPTV/SMATV, Audio Video Intercoms, Public Address/Background Music, Lighting Control, IP-CCTV |Master Clock, Parking Management System, Disable Alarm, Bollards/Barriers/Road Blockers, Nurse Call, Maintenance & Service).

We are looking for an experienced ELV Sales Engineer to join our expanding Sales Department. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible in generating sales, account management of high profile accounts and generation of revenues in accordance with agreed quarterly targets to maximize company profitability.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:
• Achieve sales targets assigned by the Company.
• Actively identify and cultivate leads.
• Visit potential clients for new business.
• Develop a good understanding of the client needs.
• Work with internal teams to develop solutions to satisfy potential client needs.
• Develop the relationship with clients to ensure business is grown and retained.
• Build a strong sales pipeline.
• Liaise with internal teams and acting as liaison between customer & company departments.
• Adherence to the Company Cooperate Policies, Quality Management System procedures and its performance.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 5 years sales and business development experience in Extra Low Voltage Systems.
• Solid Knowledge / Experience in ELV Systems Standards, Regulations and Authority Approvals.
• Cooperate attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial acumen & excellent negotiation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
