Sales Executive

Job description / Role

TCT, a Bion Group company, is the leading cargo transportation company servicing the construction and infrastructure industries across the region in Dubai and is growing their market in Qatar.

Due to continued growth we now have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional to develop best practice processes and penetrate new markets.

The Sales Professional will be required to:
- Identifying new business opportunities in Qatar
- Contacting prospective clients and building relationships with relevant decision makers
- Identifying client needs and highlighting TCT services and solutions
- Overcoming objections in a creative and professional manner
- Meeting all targets set (financial and non-financial)

Requirements

- Experience in Sales of construction materials such as blocks, kerbstones, readymix, aggregates, asphalt, road base or sub base is required.
- Strong sales skills from identifying new prospects, building relationships with key decision makers, negotiating terms, overcoming objections and closing contracts
- Understand the full sales lifecycle from client identification to delivery, invoicing and cash collection
- Have strong relationship building skills
- Understand how to analyse sales data to identify improvement
- Be passionate, full of energy and have the desire to grow
