Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Core Responsibilities:
- Individual with solution providers exposure and has private B2B experience.
- Possess strong relationships with government sector.
- Create strategic relationship with government and private sector and consultant accounts
- Analyze customer requirements and promote company products, achieving and increasing all targeted revenue and profit goals.
- Able to achieve targets as set by Management:
- Selection of the most appropriate channels.
- Maintain relationship with existing and potential partners Distributors and Contractors, Consultants, Private and government customers
- Building Channel Management
* Defining major consulting & Design companies as client's customer and continuous communication and presentation to specify Samsung products
* Building and maintaining networks through differentiated activities
* Maintaining Consultant and Contractors relationship by regular visits/communication.
* Achieve country wise sales targets (both sell in and sell through)
* Develop & maintain strategic relations with key Contractors using existing shared resources
* Managing project information to increase winning ratio
* Building distributor’s B2B organization
* Suggesting required manpower building the organization
* Training new distributor’s staff for the independent approach to market
- Product Management
* B2B Line up selection for region with clear parameters of spec/price/positioning against competition.
* Impart Product training to partners and sales staff.
* Continuously monitor the market trends & technology for the B2B space

Requirements

- Candidate must have at least 5 years’ extensive experience in B2B, HA, TV , SAC or HHP Sales.
- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player.
- Good networking with the local industry
- Extensive sales thinking and pro-active
- Strong accounts management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
- Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
