• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
• Present realistic forecast to the management team.
• Achieve growth and hit sales target by successfully managing the sales team.
• Identify emerging markets and market trends while being fully aware of competition status.
• BS degree in Chemical Engineering.
• With good knowledge in plastic raw materials.
• Successful previous experience as Sales Manager.
• Strong business sense and plastic raw manufacturing experience.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
