Sales Manager (Luxury Beauty, Cosmetics, and Salon products)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of luxury beauty and salon products in the B2B and B2C sectors and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets in the beauty and salon industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets in the B2B & B2C sectors
- Identify and approach potential business partners and key individuals to expand the distribution network for beauty products in the salon market, as well as drive an effective campaign for direct consumer sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B & B2C clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Negotiate contracts and terms with business partners to maximize sales opportunities and profitability
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective B2B sales and promotional strategies
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and challenges
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the entire sales & distribution department to achieve individual and team targets

Requirements

- Proven experience as a B2B & B2C Sales Manager or in a similar role within the beauty, salon and/or related industry
- In-depth understanding of the B2B & B2C sales process and the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with VVIP clients
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to make informed business decisions
- Leadership and team management skills to lead and inspire the B2B sales team towards achieving and exceeding targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software to manage sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports
