Job description / Role
To independently develop and manage the Home Appliances segment in Qatar by working closely with Distributors. Responsibility would include developing and maintaining the correct level of Distributors resource, ensuring the sales target achievement and manage shared resources in the most efficient way for superior service to key customers. Ensure better channel management and consequently improve sell-out and business development. The successful applicant is responsible for developing and maintaining allocation of each distributors in Qatar with clear objective of achieving the company targets in quantity & revenue across Home Appliances products. The position involves managing and monitoring the Distributors sales operations and development, driving continuous demand and ensure display quality. He will support the Head of the Department in putting together the Home Appliances strategy.

MIS
Sell out programs
Structured communication to distributors

Requirements
Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing with minimum 5 years experience in Channel Sales & Field Marketing activities, preferably in Mobile phones business or other Electronics/IT industry.
Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all channels (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users)
Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality. Multitasks effectively
Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management.
Priority setting & problem solving.
