Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading automotive group in Qatar who is looking to hire a Sales Manager, to be responsible for all sales activities of the retail, certified pre-owned and all other showrooms.
As the Sales Manager, you will be augmenting nationwide sales and managing a team of showroom sales personnel. You will be responsible for interacting with principles, monitoring sales data and market share and will be tasked with preparing and implementing the annual business plan. You are responsible for all sales activities for new and used car sales within all the showrooms and will be the focal point of contact with the manufacturer coordinating all operations related to brand programs, training, new products and order availability.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a BA Degree/equivalent and experience with a commercial/business emphasis. You should have a minimum of 5 years experience of sales management within the automotive industry along with a good technical background, pricing strategy experience and knowledge of industry standards and regulations. It is essential you have GCC experience ideally within Qatar and are a focused, results-driven individual. It is also essential that you are from an automotive retail sales background rather than fleet sales.
