Sales Executive (Salon Beauty Products, Cosmetics, Nailcare, Haircare)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Female Sales Executive to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with corporate clients in the beauty salon, cosmetics, hair care, and nail care industry. The role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the salon, beauty, and personal care market in Qatar.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients in the beauty salon, cosmetics, hair care, and nail care industry in Qatar.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's corporate client base.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations for corporate clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Visits new salon to create new business opportunities and maintain close relationships with existing key accounts and stakeholders.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Executive or a similar role in the beauty salon, cosmetics, hair care, or nail care industry.
- Skills as a trainer for any salon services is highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the beauty and personal care market in Qatar, including key players, trends, and consumer preferences.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with corporate clients.
- Excellent sales and business development abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and building successful client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or marketing would be a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
