SCADA Site Engineer

Job description / Role

A leading international engineering practice, offers service in architecture, interior design, master planning, landscape, urban design and building consultancy within Asia & Middle East currently require a Scada Site Engineer - CCTV, Weather & Facility to join their organisation.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia
• Holder of Chartered Membership in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering) would be an advantage
• Holder of current/valid Driving License

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience preferably in the water/wastewater management industry
• Experience in operating and managing Instrument and Control Systems, including PLCs and SCADA Automation of Drainage systems or continuous process industries
• Knowledge and experience of SCADA-related hardware, software
• Knowledge and experience of sewer, TSE, and Surface Groundwater networks including pump stations and treatment facilities
• Knowledge of data analysis to support decision making
• Knowledge of drainage networks including pump stations and treatment facilities
• Competent in Microsoft Office Packages, SCADA, and Analytics Technology
• Knowledge of Quality, Health and Safety, and Environment policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within the Organization
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is mandatory.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic is preferred
